Die Making and Spare Parts for Manufacturing

Die Building and Spare Tooling are the Backbone of our Business

At Armstrong Tool & Die LLC precision tooling is the backbone of our business. We service manufacturers from a wide variety of industries. Our customers include stamping houses, manufacturers, and other tool & die shops who rely on us to care for their overflow work. Well managed overhead enables us to keep your cost low while still providing a precision product. However, a diverse group of clients has given us decades of experience handling a wide range of projects. We are small enough to handle one-off projects, yet big enough to take on the larger ones.

Our capability enables us to produce everything from complete die builds to spare parts. So whether you need simple one-hit “down and dirty” dies, or close tolerance progression dies, we are the shop for you. A large portion of our business is supplying both carbide and steel spare parts for existing tooling. In other words, by building and providing spare parts, we can keep your existing dies running for decades. You can also be confident that we will meet your standard of quality as every piece produced gets inspected before shipment. Also, if needed, we can run your die and provide a first article inspection. Call us, email us, or fill out the contact form to get started today.

Quality Spare Parts to Keep Your Dies Running

Spare Parts:

Spare parts are crucial to a manufacturer keeping production moving and remaining profitable. Besides building complete dies, manufacturing spare parts is a large portion of our business. We have years of experience, covering a diverse group of industries. So if you are looking for a cost-effective way to manage your production, this is the shop for you. In addition to manufacturing new tooling, often times we can extend life by resharpening existing tooling.

Quality Control:

Quality control is as important to us as it is to our customers, we’ve built our reputation on it. Our goal is to make sure you get exactly what you need. Each dimension is checked during the manufacturing process prior to moving to the next stage. As a final step, every part is inspected prior to leaving our shop to ensure quality. In this way, you can be confident your final product is produced accurately.
